UN chief to visit Yolanda-hit Tacloban

United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon is in Manila to personally check on the situation in areas hit by typhoon "Yolanda." Ban, who arrived in Manila Friday night, is set to visit Tacloban today to assess relief and rehabilitation efforts for the typhoon survivors along with the UN agencies UNICEF, the World Food Programme and the UN Development Program.
