MANILA - The high tide is exacerbating severe flooding in Sucat Road in Parañaque, with some areas reporting chest-high waters. Parañaque Mayor Edwin Olivarez said Sucat Road is currently impassable due to the flood. Olivarez said at least 16 barangays in Parañaque are affected by the floods. He said the high tide is exacerbating the floods in the area. Apektado po ang lahat," he said. Mornings@ANC, August 20, 2013
