Trump told Abe that he will tolerate N. Korea's missile test-firing to maintain dialogue

U.S. President Donald Trump has reportedly told Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe that he will tolerate North Korea's test-firing of short-range ballistic missiles.
According to Japan's Kyodo News on Sunday,... the U.S. leader directly conveyed the message to Abe,... asking for his understanding.
Trump was said to have explained that he intends to maintain dialogue with Pyeongyang to continue negotiations,... and that criticising the latest missile launch could cause their relations to break down.
North Korea on Friday conducted its third missile launch in just eight days.
Trump said, after the test-firing that, he believed the situation was "very much under control."
