World Hepatitis Day 2019 Awareness Procession at VGM Hospital

VGM Hospital conducted a hepatitis awareness procession at Singanallur, Coimbatore. The Chairman of VGM Hospital Dr. V.G. Mohan Prasad presided over the event and spoke about hepatitis disease & treatment.
In the video, Dr.V.G.Mohan Prasad addresses about the hepatitis issues faced in 21 villages in and around the Annur. Due to high prevalence of Hepatitis in this region, VGM Hospital is planning to go for intensive screening through a door to door survey and will try to eliminate this chronic hepatitis C from the face of Annur by the time of next World Hepatitis Day which falls on July 28, 2020.
