Two Chinese military aircraft and three Russian military aircraft entered South Korea's air defense identification zone, or KADIZ, on Tuesday morning.
South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said the Chinese aircraft first entered the northwestern part of KADIZ at 6:44 AM.
One of the Russian aircraft violated South Korea's airspace above the East Sea twice near Dokdo Island... prompting the Korean Air Force to scramble fighter jets and fire warning shots.
Seoul's defense ministry said the government will summon officials from China and Russia's embassies later today to severely protest against the violations.
