President Moon Jae-in will sit down with the leaders of Korea's five main political parties for talks on the ongoing trade spat between South Korea and Japan, as well as other issues.
The meeting is to be held on Thursday afternoon at the Blue House.
It was finalized by the parties earlier today at the National Assembly.
The secretary-general of the ruling Democratic Party of Korea, Yun Ho-jung, told reporters that they agreed on the need to put aside political differences and work together to minimize the damage to the South Korean economy.
It's not been decided who will attend the meeting, but the Presidential Chief of Staff for Policy, Kim Sang-jo, and Finance Minister Hong Nam-ki are expected to be there from the government's side.
Other issues on the table could include the pending multi-billion dollar supplementary budget bill.
