김현미 "민간택지 아파트에도 분양가 상한제 도입할 때"

The government hinted that additional measures could be implemented soon to curb real estate prices particularly those in downtown Seoul.
Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kim Hyun-mee said at the National Assembly on Monday... that she is considering the implementation of a price cap on apartments built on privately-owned housing sites... a measure that hasn't been contemplated by authorities for the past five years... of fears it'll bring down housing supply or the quality of housing.
Currently, the cap is applied solely on state-owned housing sites.
