Opt for atypical profiles
From an early age, we are strongly encouraged to comply with the rules, to respect the codes and not to deviate too far from them. This tends to influence our journey and attitude. As a result, "normal" people who do not deviate from the conventions tend to be better perceived. And it is these same people who will take priority over the original people in job interviews. But it seems that the trend is moving in the opposite direction! Indeed, originality is beginning to be better perceived, and the so-called "atypical" profiles are increasingly attracting the curiosity of recruiters. These profiles often present creativity, originality, and innovative ideas, etc. This makes it possible to give a new impetus to a company, to energize it, to diversify it, and sometimes: to make a difference! And who knows? Today's originality may be tomorrow's standard!
