First 2020 Democratic Debate
Will Be Held Over Two Days There will be two groups
of 10 candidates,
the first going on June 26
and the next on the 27th. Both events can be watched on NBC, MSNBC
and Telemundo. The June 26 group consists of three senators: NJ's Cory Booker, MA's Elizabeth Warren and MN's Amy Klobuchar. They are joined by two former representatives:
Texas's Beto O'Rourke and Maryland's John Delaney. As well as current representatives
Tim Ryan of Ohio and
Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii. The rest consists of Washington Governor Jay Inslee,
NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio and
former Housing Secretary Julián Castro. For June 27, current
2020 frontrunner Joe Biden highlights the group. He is joined by four senators: VT's Bernie Sanders,
CA's Kamala Harris, CO's Michael Bennet
and NY's Kristen Gillibrand. As well as South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg
and California rep. Eric Swalwell and former Colorado governor
John Hickenlooper. Rounding out the June 27 group is entrepreneur Andrew Yang and author Marianne Williamson.
