Vietnam provides food aid to N. Korea

North Korea's state-run Korean Central News Agency says... that the Vietnamese government has provided food aid to North Korea and that the aid arrived at the western Nampo Port on Thursday.
The North did not reveal the type or size of the food aid.
Pyeongyang has been asking for the international community's support to cope with its recent food crisis.
Earlier this month,.... the Russian embassy in North Korea announced that Moscow provided 3-thousand-9-hundred tons of wheat to the North.
China gave the regime 1-thousand tons of rice and 1-hundred-62-thousand tons of fertilizer last year, and is expected to provide a similar amount of food aid this year.
