Korean food delivery firm Baedal Minjok to start services in Vietnam in June

Korean food delivery service ( ) Baedal Minjok will enter the Vietnamese market from next month, …after having it acquired a local online food ordering platform "Vietnammm" in February.
According to Woowa Brothers, operator of Korea's leading food delivery app, …it has begun pilot testing in Vietnam ahead of its full launch.
Services will first be offered in Ho Chi Minh City, …soon to be followed by Hanoi and other provinces.
The Baemin Vietnam app is available for download through App Store and Google Play Store.
According to industry sources, new player Baemin will face strong competition from both local and foreign firms in Vietnam's delivery market, …which is expected to top 38 million U.S. dollars by next year.
