Feud With Rex Tillerson The former secretary of state was in
DC to discuss Trump's views on foreign policy. Notably, he told lawmakers that the president was unprepared for a 2017 meeting with Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. President Trump, via Twitter Tillerson was fired last year in March
following many disagreements with Trump. While serving as Secretary, Tillerson also once referred
to the president as
"a moron." This past December, he ripped Trump at an
event in Houston, calling him "undisciplined." The president responded at that time as well, giving Tillerson the same "dumb as a rock" insult.
