U.S. provided specific steps for N. Korea's denuclearization in Hanoi: Lawmaker

The U.S. reportedly provided a specific denuclearization roadmap for North Korea during the Hanoi summit.
That's according to a South Korean parliamentary delegation visiting Washington, who told reporters on Tuesday, local time,... after holding meetings with key figures,... including Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun.
That Pyeongyang didn't give a clear response to the U.S.,... and instead only talked about dismantling the Yeongbyeon nuclear complex in return for sanctions relief.
Washington's plan does not call for doing everything at once,... but rather, a gradual, step by step approach, with the end goal being the complete removal of nuclear weapons.
When asked whether the delegation discussed President Trump's recent remarks that he knew of five nuclear facilities in North Korea,... or the regime's recent missile firings,... they said the purpose of the visit was not to obtain intelligence, but to draw a big picture.
