S. Korean gov't raises travel alert level for parts of Iran

South Korea's foreign ministry has raised its travel alert level for some regions of Iran.
Citing the escalating military tensions and the possibility of terror attacks, the ministry earlier today issued a red alert for Iran's western regions bordering Turkey and Iraq,... recommending that all Koreans leave the area immediately.
For the country's southern Hormuz Strait and nearby regions, the government also raised the alert level to yellow,... warning Korean nationals to avoid visiting the area.
