Woman Pretending To Be Nurse Surprises Best Friend In Hospital

A hospitalized woman was surprised by her best friend from out of town after she posed as a nurse.
Nancee Babson has been in and out of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for much of the past year with advanced heart failure, cardiovascular disease and a host of other ailments.
But the mother got a welcome surprise last Sunday when her best friend Kim flew in from New York, posed as a nurse then surprised Nancee for Mother’s Day.
The two friends hadn’t seen each other for months, with plans to meet up postponed because of Nancee’s deteriorating health.
So when Nancee’s son Holden realized his mom would be in hospital for Mother’s Day, he planned a surprise visit from Kim.
Holden picked up Kim from the airport, before she slipped into a nurses outfit complete with surgical mask to help shield her identity.
Entering the hospital room, she begins checking Nancee’s vitals.
Nancee, unsure who the unfamiliar nurse is, gestures to her son Holden sat next to her to say, ‘who is this?’.
But before she can say anything to the nurse, Kim reaches over to check Nancee’s pulse and removes her face mask to reveal who she is.
Nancee yells in surprise before tearing up as the two friends embrace.
