Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik said education is the key to counter the spread of extreme ideologies.
He added that the only way to steer extremists onto the right path was through love and compassion. He said this in his speech at the National Teachers’ Festival at the SPICE Convention Centre in Bayan Lepas, Penang on Wednesday.
