INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 CUP WATER
1 TSP INSTANT COFFEE
MIX WELL
1.5 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
¼ CUP COCOA POWDER
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
SIEVE
1.5 CUP POWDER SUGAR
SIEVE
MIX THE COFFEE MIXTURE
MIX WELL
½ CUP OIL
2 TSP VINEGAR
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
POUR IN 2 MOLD
PRE-HEAT FOR 5 MIN.
PLACE THE MOLD INSIDE THE PAN
COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 20-25 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
CLEAR THE EDGES
2 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS
PLACE THE CAKE ON A BOARD
BRUSH SOME SUGAR SYRUP
POUR A LAYER OF CREAM
PLACE ANOTHER CAKE
BRUSH SOME SUGAR SYRUP
COVER THE CAKE WITH CREAM
¼ CUP HOT WHIPPING CREAM
1 CUP GRATED DARK CHOCOLATE
MIX UNTIL CHOCOLATE MELT
POUR THE CHOCOLATE ON TOP
SPREAD EVENLY
CREAM ROSETTES ON TOP
