CHOCOLATE RUSTIC CAKE l RUSTIC BROWNIE l EGGLESS & WITHOUT OVEN

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¼ CUP OIL
¾ CUP MILK
½ CUP CONDENSED MILK
MIX WELL
1.5 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
½ CUP COCOA POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
½ TEASPOON BAKING SODA
SIEVE
MIX WELL
¾ CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
2 TABLESPOON OREO CRUMB
¼ CUP CHOCOLATE SHAVING
8 INCH OIL GREASED MOULD
POUR THE BATTER INTO THE MOULD
COVER THE MOULD WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL
TAKE A FRY PAN & PRE-HEAT FOR 5 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD OVER THE FRY PAN
COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
REMOVE THE FOIL (BE CAREFUL)
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE MOULD
1 CUP GRATED DARK CHOCOLATE
½ CUP HOT WHIPPING CREAM
MIX UNTIL CHOCOLATE DISSOLVE
POUR IT OVER THE CAKE, SPREAD EVENLY
RUSTIC DESIGN WITH A TEASPOON
CUT MARK ON CAKE
CUT AS PIECES
WHITE WHIPPED CREAM
CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM
SERVE WITH ICE CREAM SCOOP
