While the BJP has taken its clearest ever position on separatists, the Government at the center seems to be at odds with its own party. When Minister of State for the PMO was asked whether the government backs the BJP's stand on the granting of a passport to India hater Syed Ali Shah Geelani he passed the buck to the MEA. Many are questioning the indecisiveness of the centre given the fact that Geelani has a history of Anti-India activities.
