Former railway minister and ruling Trinamool functionary Mukul Roy has started spilling the beans even before the CBI questioning, possibly on Thursday, in the Saradha probe.
Roy on Tuesday admitted to meeting Saradha CEO Sudipta Sen at Delo guest house in Kalimpong and Nizam Palace in Kolkata. But he denied having met him after the Ponzi mastermind slipped out of Kolkata in April 2013.
