BJP to decide on J&K government formation

As the deadlock over government formation continues in Jammu and Kashmir, Bharatiya Janata Party chief Amit Shah will hold meetings with party leaders from the state in New Delhi on Monday to discuss the strategy ahead. Sources said that BJP's national general secretary Ram Madhav will meet the group members one on one and take their feedback.

It has been 13 days since the Assembly elections result led to a fractured mandate with the PDP winning 28 seats, BJP 25, National Conference 15 and Congress 12 in the 87-member J&K Assembly with smaller parties and independents bagging the rest.
