BJP has approved the draft of the Telangana Bill

There has been a big breakthrough in Telangana bill in Rajya Sabha. The Bhartiya Janata Party has approved the draft Telangana bill before the introduction. The Rajya Sabha seems to have a new majority.
The majority has been clearly seen through the BJP's act. A leader of the TRS has told NewsX that he is extremely happy to see majority in Rajya Sabha, and has expressed gratitude. When asked about alliance with the Congress, he expressed doubts over it by saying "We will discuss alliance first and will then make a decision."
Telangana seems to be a reality for the nation. The 29th state of India has already made its place. It has already been passed in the Lok Sabha earlier and now getting it passed in the Rajya Sabha seems no problem for the Centre.
