Telangana Bill to be tabled in Rajya Sabha at 3 PM

After failing to introduce the bill in the Rajya Sabha yesterday, the government will table the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation bill in Rajya Sabha today at 3 pm.
The Winter Session of Parliament, the last of the current Lok Sabha, ends tomorrow and the government is keen on passing the legislation today itself.
Late last night, Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi requested Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to grant the Seemandhra region special status for a period of five years.
