News X: Will probe missing files if Coal Ministry registers a case, says CBI

The CBI is all padded up to probe the missing files in the coal block allocation scam. As many as 257 files relating to the agency's probe into the scam are missing. The investigative agency, though is ready to probe whether evidence has been willfully destroyed. That is if the coal ministry registers a case.
