Kejriwal sops for delinquency in Electricity Bills

In a relief for lower rung power consumers, Delhi’s power regulator has allowed waiver of late payment charges and relaxation in outstanding bills on the ‘advice’ of the AAP Government.The beneficiaries will be consumers who took part in campaign against “inflated bills” during Sheila Dikshit government, according to sources.They said that a one time amnesty scheme is being launched following government advice for various segments of domestic category.
