Govt fooling common man over electricity bill: Kejriwal

Aam Admi party convenor Arvind Kejriwal will start an indefinite fast later this month and to begin civil disobedience movement against excesses by the water and electricity depts in the Delhi. In his press conference he said govt is fooling common man and this should be stopped.
