On February 19, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal introduced the "One Time Settlement Scheme” for water bills. He said, “We have brought a scheme to solve the problem of the public, ‘One Time Settlement Scheme’”. He also explained the entire scheme in detail. CM Kejriwal said that under this scheme, if you have two or more OK readings during the period when you did not pay your water bills, which you also agree with, then they will be accepted.
