Ajit Pawar apologises for his remark on Maha drought condition

Ajit Pawar apologised for his crass comment, reacting to lack of water in dams. Pawar had asked whether he should urinate to fill up the dams. He was forced to issue a public apology on Sunday after his remarks came in for all-round criticism, he said: "My statements in Indapur were not related to the severe drought in the state, but since it has caused pain to the people, I humbly apologise for the same,". Pawar said in a statement in which 'apology' features thrice.
