Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor apologised for stating that even slow-learners could enter UiTM to study after meeting with the president and several members of the UiTM alumni on Tuesday. The controversial remark which was made during an award ceremony for students last Sunday, drew plenty of flak on social media.
