HC notice to AAP MLA facing fake degree charge

One of the new faces in Arvind Kejriwal's cabinet taking oath on Saturday may have some explaining to do before Delhi high court on his graduation degree. Jitendra Singh Tomar, tipped to take over the law department portfolio, has been issued a notice to answer allegations that he enrolled as an advocate on a "false and bogus" degree.
