CBI is now Congress Bureau of Investigation: BJP

The twist in the scam with the public prosecutor being replaced based on an audio tape has also led to crucial questions as to who was behind the tapping of the phone. Can the CBI act on illegally collected evidence? Is the evidence obtained through unauthorised phone tapping legal and authentic. Meanwhile, BJP has alleged Congress with inappropriate use of CBI.
