A girl in Sendari village of Tikamgarh district of Madhya Pradesh was raped and thrown into an abandoned well allegedly by a powerful local leader named Naresh Yadav. The victim's legs and arms were tied before she was thrown and it was after two days that she was discovered. The Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan govt has failed to take note of her case. Her statement was recorded after 14 days of the incident.
