A 21-year-old student of National Law School of India was allegedly raped by an eight-member gang inside the campus of Bangalore University. The second-year student, staying in the university hostel said the incident took place when she went out with her boyfriend, who works with an IT firm. While the male friend was brutally beaten up, the girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by the gang.
