Surat: A 23-year-old married woman in an under-construction building on Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) campus was raped by a tiles fitting worker with the assistance of the two youths. The alleged rapist is on the run. The rape survivor and her husband work in the under-construction boys' hostel building on the university campus.
