Narendra Modi: Ahead of Cabinet formation, BJP general secretary Jagat Prakash Nadda met Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi on Saturday at Gujarat Bhawan here in Chanakyapuri.

Nadda has emerged as favourite to assume the post of BJP chief if incumbent Rajnath Singh joins the Modi government, a daily has reported.

Modi's close aide and BJP general secretary Amit Shah also met Modi at the Gujarat Bhawan this morning as hectic parleys are underway on the formation of the new government that will be sworn-in next week.
