India delinks terror from talks with Pak, Hurriyat- NewsX

It is official now! New Delhi has all but de-linked terror from talks with Pakistan and Hurriyat. Infact sources tell us New Delhi has reached out to both Islamabad and the Hurriyat separatists in the Valley with a comprehensive package on Kashmir. This has been confirmed to NewsX by Mirwaiz Umer Farooq the chief of the Moderate faction of Hurriyat who denied suggestions that Kashmir was on the back burner in back-channel talks.
