NewsX : India-Pak peace talks put on hold, continuing violence in J&K pushes back talks

In the september 29 meeting between Manmohan Singh and Nawaz Sharif, it was decided that a meeting would soon be held and to work out a plan to restore peace at LoC.

But now the Indian Army says that successive infiltrations has affected the atmosphere, resulting holding back peace talks with Pakistan.
