NewsX@9 is a NewsX special programme which debates the main news event of the day. This time we focus on the confusion over India's stand on homosexuality. Today we noticed that shortly after Additional Solicitor General (ASG) P P Malhotra disapproved gay sex as highly "immoral" in the Supreme Court, the Home Ministry has said it has not taken any stand on the Delhi High Court order decriminalizing homosexuality.
