Indian Railways : Taking tickets might be an offence

India News : Indian Railway Ministry has suggested that passengers should not take ticket between 8am to 12pm from agents, as from now it will be referred as offence and if any one found guilty then ticket will be canceled and passengers have to face punishment as well.
