PM Lee expresses hope for meaningful progress at second Kim-Trump summit

South Korean Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon has expressed hope of progress in the summit... towards peace and denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula.
At a weekly Cabinet meeting on Thursday, Prime Minister Lee said the summit could yield concrete results... considering that the two sides have been steadily holding working-level discussions.
The PM said that for many Koreans,... the past and the future co-exist in their minds,... with the scars of war on one side, and expectations of peace and prosperity on the other.
Lee said one thing is clear - that Koreans should look to the future, and never allow the past to hinder any progress.
