In the fourteen stanza, Supreme Lord gives Arjuna the lesson of tolerance and says these words;

|| Matra-Sparsas Tu Kaunteya Sitosna-Sukha-Dukha-Dah

Agamapayino ‘Nityas Tams Titiksasva Bharata ||

2 The rough translation of this verse is;

O Arjuna (son of Kunti), only the contact of senses with the sense objects gives joy and sorrow like cold in winter and heat in summer, these feelings are short-lived; they appear and disappear. O descendant of Bharata, therefore just try to tolerate them (without being distracted).

3 Lord Krishna tells Arjuna who is eligible for the deliverance in fifteenth stanza. This verse is as follows;

|| Yam Hi Na Vyathayanty Ete Purusham Purusharshabha

Sama-Dukha-Sukham Dhiram So ‘Mrtatvaya Kalpate ||

4 The translation of this verse is;

O noblest amongst men, a wise person who is not disturbed by happiness and pain and remains steady in both is certainly eligible for liberation.

5 In next video of Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna speaks to Arjuna about the relationship between soul and body. For more updates on devotional and religious content subscribe to our Youtube channel and like our FB page
