Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday urged citizens of the country to question the intention of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on presenting 10 percent quota to "economically weaker" sections from the general category. He also accused the ruling party for delaying the presentation of the bill in the Parliament, when it could have given it before.
