South Korea and Japan agree on the need for talks to resolve their recent radar incident.
A military source told Arirang News this afternoon that the two countries saw eye to eye on the need to hold consultations,... and are currently engaged in discussions to arrange working-level talks.
The source added,... the nation's defense ministry plans to upload its video response to Tokyo's claims with subtitles in six languages, including Japanese, Chinese, French and Russian.
The clip, already released in Korean and English... shows Seoul's position that its Navy did not have any intention to threaten the Japanese patrol aircraft and did not use STIR fire-control radar on it.
