According to the Korea Exchange the nation's benchmark index fell by more than zero-point-eight percent from the previous day to close at 19-93... the lowest level in more than two years.
Institutions sold nearly 1-hundred 50-million U.S. dollars worth of KOSPI shares in a single day.
The tech heavy KOSDAQ also dropped by nearly one-point-nine percent to close at 6-hundred-57.
