Good morning, we had another very cold morning with lows in Seoul dropping to nearly minus 10 degrees Celsius, but we could say the coldest period has passed for this cold snap... despite temperatures hovering way below the seasonal average... daily highs in Seoul will rebound to above zero.
We can feel that the air is getting drier each day... a dry weather advisory is in place for many parts of the country including Seoul... so make sure to drink plenty of water.
There'll be mostly sunny skies all day in most regions along with decent air quality. Seoul will get up to 4 degrees Celsius, Busan to 10 degrees.
Readings for this week should be a lot more bearable than last week. However, expect either snow or rain depending on the region on Tuesday while Seoul have 1 to 4 centimeters of snow tomorrow afternoon.
