Good morning, central regions are seeing unexpected snowfall right now. The mix of rain and snow is forecast to let up in the morning hours... but southern provinces will see another round of precipitation on Friday morning.
Temperature-wise, readings are a few notches higher than yesterday... Highs will also be higher but you will need to dress warmly for the evening commute, sharp winds and a huge drop in readings will make you shiver. Dress EXTRA warmly if you plan to head home later than usual. It's going to feel nothing like what it is like outside...with an expected low of minus 9 degrees Celsius tomorrow. It will remain freezing throughout the weekend.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures. Lows in Seoul and Chuncheon are at minus 1 degree Celsius, Daegu and Gwangju at 4 degrees.
Daily highs in many regions will be in the upper single digits. Busan, Jeju and Gyeongju at 10 and 12 degrees.
