The Goyang International Flower Festival is well underway, welcoming visitors from Korea and around the world. Let's take a glimpse of the festival by going over to Lee Jeehyun from the weather center. She's at the Flower Festival for us, Jee-hyun, I hear there's plenty to see at the festival?

Yes Mark. The festival kicked off about a week ago, and the flowers are in full bloom. Along with the World Flower Exhibition, there are K-pop dance performances and magic shows to entertain visitors,... and there are plenty of great photo zones so that you can capture your memories of the day with friends and family. The event will run through May 13th.

Thousands of flowers from around the world are stretching out along the bank of Ilsan Lake Park in Goyang City. Strolling under the clear blue skies and taking in the refreshing spring breeze, visitors can enjoy the atmosphere of the Goyang International Flower Festival, one of Korea's biggest flower fairs.

Thankfully the weather looks promising for the three day weekend except on Sunday with nationwide rain in the forecast.

Yesterday's fickle weather has stabilized and we are expecting bright and warm afternoon highs... but it's another cool and breezy start to the day, so dress accordingly.

As for the highs, Seoul will get up to 19 degrees Celsius, 5 degrees higher than yesterday. Gyeongju, Daegu and Gwangju will see 23 degrees under plenty of sunshine.

We will have clean air under mostly sunny skies leading to some picture-perfect spring weather today so wherever you are, make the most of today

That's Korea for you, and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
