1993 Snow Storm (High-Tech Snow Trooper) G.I. Joe review

This is a review of Battle Corps figure #12; Snow Storm, a brand new Arctic environment Joe. The numbered Battle Corps series were the basic line figures, as by 1993 all GI Joes had a sub-title. Snow Storm was intended for inclusion in the Eco-Warriors sub-team but it was cancelled and he, along with Outback, were rolled into the basic line. As such, early versions were released with "Eco Warriors" orange details and later with standard blue details. Coincidentaly, his 1994 Battle Corps release is also #12.
