1991 Snow Serpent (Cobra Snow Trooper) version 2 G.I. Joe review

This is a review of the second version of the Cobra Snow Serpent (originally specializing in Polar Assault, now designated as a Snow Trooper). Memorable for his purple snake-shaped snow board, the 1991 version does not carryover any designs or colors from the 1985 version. The mold was re-used in 1993 for a mail-away 4-pack Arctic Commandos set re-colored in blue, black and white but did not come with any of the 1991 accessories. The final use of the mold came in 1998 (for the Toys R Us exclusive Cobra Polar Force 3-pack) where he is colored in traditional 1985-style blue, grey and white and came with all 1991 accessories except the missile launcher.
