1989 Alley-Viper (Cobra Urban Assault Trooper) G.I. Joe review

This is a review of the Cobra urban assault trooper, the 1989 Alley Viper. The figure was re-released in 1990 and was notable for two things: the crazy color-scheme of orange with bright blue and the characters' prominent role in the 1989 DiC animated 5-part miniseries Operation Dragonfire.
